Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations

A deposit is usually required to secure a reservation. Some special offers can be booked without a deposit; please ask us directly. Rates are quoted per room, per night.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM.

3. Cancellations & Changes

Reservations can be cancelled or changed free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. After that, a fee equal to one night's stay is charged. Different conditions may apply to special rates.

4. Breakfast

Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM. An early coffee and snack can be arranged on request.

5. Pets

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

6. Tours & Transfers

Tours and transfers booked as add-ons are subject to availability and weather conditions.

7. Liability

Ephesus Palace is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings, except where required by law.

8. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your reservation applies to your stay.
